Three Cheese Pierogies with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 package of JJ Wilk Potato & Three Cheese Pierogies
  • Half a cup of heated cheese whiz
  • 1 small bag of your choice of steamed vegetables
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation

Make ahead – steam your choice of vegetables. Stored your steamed vegetables in the oven and set your oven to the warm option.
Boiling of Pierogies – Once your water starts boiling, throw in the whole bag of Three Cheese & Potato JJ Wilk Pierogies.
Note: When you throw the Pierogies into the boiling water, the water will stop boiling. Once the water starts to boil again, start counting 4-6 minutes. If you forget how long the pierogies have been in the water, you can always take one Pierogie out, cut it half and check the dough. If the dough is sticky, then the pierogies need a little more cooking.

Serving suggestions

1 bag of JJ Wilk Pierogies can serve 3-4 people with 8-10 pierogies each.
Serve pierogies with steamed vegetables and melted cheese either on the pierogies or on the side.
